Simonius & Partner

We are a law and notary’s office consisting of eight independent lawyers in the centre of Basel. The partnership was created as a result of the merger in October 2000 of the two firms Holliger Pfrommer & Partners and Simonius & Partners. The origin of the present partnership goes back even further, to the firm of Dr. Flüge, Prof. Simonius and E. Wiemken, and to the law and notary’s office of Dr. Fritz Hagemann founded in 1916 in Basel, which was continued after his death by Dr. Walter Müller & his colleagues.

Our practice has both a general and a business law orientation. Our clients include companies as well as private individuals whom we assist in all life’s situations by providing advice and support i.e. in litigation and disputes before the courts and other authorities. The companies are mainly small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) as well as larger companies with an international focus.
